Returns

Due to the nature of our products (especially frozen and perishable items), we generally do not accept returns unless the item delivered is:

  • Incorrect (wrong product delivered)

  • Damaged upon arrival

  • Expired or unsafe to consume upon delivery

If any of the above apply, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photo proof of the issue. We’ll review your request and respond promptly.


Refunds

If your return is approved, we will:

  • Issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method, or

  • Offer a replacement item at no additional cost, depending on the situation

Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to process once approved.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or not stored properly after delivery

  • Items reported after 24 hours of delivery

  • Orders placed by mistake or due to a change of mind
