🍝 Smoked Salmon Cream Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 200g smoked salmon slices
  • 200g pasta (any type)
  • 1 cup cooking cream
  • 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Lemon zest or juice (optional)
  • Parsley (optional)

Steps:

  1. Cook pasta as per instructions, keep aside.
  2. Heat butter/oil, sauté garlic lightly.
  3. Add cream, simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Add smoked salmon (cut into pieces).
  5. Mix in cooked pasta.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and a little lemon.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
