Yuzu Puree

1. Yuzu Sparkling Cooler (Mocktail / Cocktail)

Ingredients:

• 30 ml Agrobar Yuzu Purée (Sugar-Free)
  
• 200 ml sparkling water (or soda)
  
• Ice cubes
  
• Fresh mint leaves
  

Method:

1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
   
2. Add yuzu purée and top with sparkling water.
   
3. Stir gently and garnish with mint & lemon slice.
   

✨ Perfect refreshing drink with no added sugar.

2. Yuzu Glazed Salmon

Ingredients:

• 2 salmon fillets
  
• 2 tbsp Agrobar Yuzu Purée (Sugar-Free)
  
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
  
• 1 tsp sesame oil
  
• 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  

Method:

1. Mix yuzu purée, soy sauce, sesame oil & honey into a glaze.
   
2. Brush over salmon fillets.
   
3. Pan-sear or bake until cooked.
   
4. Garnish with sesame seeds & spring onions.
