At Golden Plate, we deliver restaurant-grade, ready-to-cook ingredients fresh and chilled, so your BBQ night starts with quality you can trust. This policy explains our delivery options, charges, and timings.

Free Delivery

Enjoy free delivery on all orders above AED 100. Applies to Standard Delivery within Dubai and Next-Day Delivery to other emirates. Express Delivery is still charged at AED 20.

How Delivery Works

• Delivery times are counted from order confirmation, not from the time the order is placed.
• Order cut-off: Orders placed after 1 pm will be delivered to the next available slot. Delivery hours: 08:00 AM to 1:00 PM daily.
• Next-day delivery applies to orders confirmed before the cut-off time. Orders placed after the cut-off are delivered the following day.
• Delivery times are estimates. Heavy traffic, weather, or high demand (such as weekends and holidays) may cause delays. We'll keep you informed.

Self Pick-Up

Choose Pick-Up at checkout and your order will be packed and ready within 30 minutes. We'll notify you when it's ready. Please bring your order number or confirmation message.

Fresh and Frozen Handling

Our products are packed and transported under proper temperature control to maintain freshness and food safety. To keep your order at its best:

• Please be available to receive your order at the delivery address.
• Refrigerate or freeze products immediately upon receipt.
• Follow the storage and cooking guidance on the packaging.

Delivery Address and Receiving Your Order

• Please provide a complete and accurate address, including building name, flat or villa number, area, and a working phone number.
• If we can't reach you or no one is available to receive the order, we'll try to contact you. If the order can't be delivered, a re-delivery fee may apply or the order may be cancelled. Because our products are perishable, we can't hold them for extended periods.
• Orders must be checked at the time of delivery.

Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate. Please see our Refund and Returns Policy for more details.

Changes and Cancellations

Orders can be changed or cancelled before they are packed. Once an order is out for delivery or ready for pick-up, changes may not be possible. Contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp or by phone.
