Welcome to Golden Plate (golden-plate.com), operated by Golden Dunes Foodstuff Trading LLC ("Golden Plate", "we", "us"), a company licensed in the United Arab Emirates. By browsing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. We deliver only within the areas listed on our Shipping Policy.

2. Products

Golden Plate sells restaurant-grade, ready-to-cook meat, chicken, seafood and related items, including our BBQ Boxes. Images are for illustration; presentation, cut shape and packaging may vary slightly. Weights are approximate and may vary within a reasonable tolerance because of the nature of fresh and frozen products.

3. Prices and VAT

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send a confirmation and dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order in cases of stock shortage, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or delivery outside our service area. If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout: credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Cash on Delivery, etc. Card payments are processed by secure third-party providers; we do not store your full card details.

6. Delivery

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. You must provide an accurate address and be reachable at the delivery time.

Products and sauces may contain or come into contact with allergens such as gluten, milk, eggs, soy, sesame, mustard, fish and shellfish. Check each product page and pack label. If you have an allergy, contact us before ordering at support@golden-plate.com.

9. Halal

All meat and poultry products supplied by Golden Plate are halal certified.

10. Returns, refunds and cancellations

These are covered in our Return Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, which form part of these Terms.

11. Promotions and vouchers

Promo codes are single-use unless stated, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time. Misuse may result in cancellation of the order.

12. Intellectual property

All content on this website (logos, text, images, designs) belongs to Golden Plate or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, Golden Plate is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our control (weather, traffic, government restrictions, supplier disruption). Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of your order applies to that order.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the emirate of Dubai. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.
