🍗 Honey Glazed Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

  • 500g chicken wings (2-joint)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp oil

For Honey Glaze:

  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Steps:

  1. Season wings with salt, pepper, garlic, and oil.
  2. Bake or pan-cook at 180°C for 20–25 minutes until cooked.
  3. In a pan, mix honey, soy sauce, ketchup, chili flakes, and lemon.
  4. Heat the sauce for 2–3 minutes until slightly thick.
  5. Add cooked wings into the sauce and toss well.
  6. Cook 2–3 minutes more until fully coated and glossy.
