🧂 Ingredients
- 1 White fish fillet
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1–2 tsp olive oil or butter
- Lemon wedges (optional)
🍳 Cooking Instructions
Pan-Fried White Fish Fillet:
- Pat fillet dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil or butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Place fillet skin-side down (if skin-on).
- Cook for 3–5 minutes, then flip and cook 2–3 minutes until opaque and flaky.
- Serve hot with a squeeze of lemon.
Oven-Baked White Fish Fillet:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Lightly oil a baking tray and place fillet on it.
- Bake for 10–15 minutes until opaque and easily flaked.
- Serve immediately.
