🐟 White Fish Fillet

🧂 Ingredients

  • 1 White fish fillet
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1–2 tsp olive oil or butter
  • Lemon wedges (optional)

🍳 Cooking Instructions

Pan-Fried White Fish Fillet:

  1. Pat fillet dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil or butter in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Place fillet skin-side down (if skin-on).
  4. Cook for 3–5 minutes, then flip and cook 2–3 minutes until opaque and flaky.
  5. Serve hot with a squeeze of lemon.

Oven-Baked White Fish Fillet:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Lightly oil a baking tray and place fillet on it.
  3. Bake for 10–15 minutes until opaque and easily flaked.
  4. Serve immediately.
