🐟 Smoked Mackerel – Cooking Recipe

🧂 Ingredients

  • Smoked mackerel fillets
  • Olive oil or butter (optional)
  • Lemon wedges (optional)

🍳 Instructions

Pan-Fry Method:

  1. Preheat a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add a small amount of olive oil or butter.
  3. Place smoked mackerel fillets skin-side down.
  4. Cook for 3–5 minutes, then flip for 1–2 minutes.
  5. Serve hot with lemon wedges.

Oven Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Place fillets on a baking tray.
  3. Bake for 8–10 minutes until warmed through.
  4. Serve hot.
