🐟 Smoked Mackerel – Cooking Recipe
🧂 Ingredients
- Smoked mackerel fillets
- Olive oil or butter (optional)
- Lemon wedges (optional)
🍳 Instructions
Pan-Fry Method:
- Preheat a pan over medium heat.
- Add a small amount of olive oil or butter.
- Place smoked mackerel fillets skin-side down.
- Cook for 3–5 minutes, then flip for 1–2 minutes.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges.
Oven Method:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Place fillets on a baking tray.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until warmed through.
- Serve hot.
