🍤 Mix Seafood Garlic Butter Recipe

🧂 Ingredients:

  • 500g Mix Seafood (shrimp, squid, mussels, fish, etc.)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4–5 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Optional: chili flakes (for heat)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Prepare the seafood

    Rinse and pat dry the mix seafood. If frozen, thaw completely.
  2. Sauté the base

    In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until soft, then add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Cook the seafood

    Add the mix seafood to the pan. Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally until everything is tender and cooked through.
  4. Season

    Sprinkle paprika, black pepper, salt, and chili flakes (if using). Mix well.
  5. Finish with freshness

    Add lemon juice and chopped parsley. Stir and cook for another minute.
  6. Serve hot

    Serve with rice, pasta, or toasted bread.
